Since they missed each other a lot, mommy and daddy took a couple of days off and went to the mountains. We were quite glad about this, because we also enjoyed our time with grandma and grandpa in Bucharest.

We never imagined that they would explore such wild places...we would never have allowed them to go on their own.
Mama, da ce-am fi vrut sa vedem si noi ursu in blana si oase!
Boy, we would have loved to see the bear in flesh and blood, though!

Wow! How fun to have seen the bear so close....I haven't seen one since moving to WA but we used to see them all the time while camping in the mountains of Wyoming. They are amazing animals.

Wow, close encounter...sounds like you had a much needed time to yourselves. I love seeing the pictures on your blog. It's a great way to keep up with each other's fast-growing kids and exciting lives.
